Is my photo good enough?

We can work with most photos but if you're not sure you can always email it to us for review at thomas@woof-prints.com. We also recommend checking out the Photo Guide for more tips and information. If our design team does not think your photo will work they will reach out to you before continuing. We typically cannot make a photo of a lying down pet work for the illustrated art designs.

Can't decide which photo to use?

Sometimes it's just hard to know which photo will look best. This is a good problem and we are happy to help. Just email us your options and we will help you select the best. thomas@woof-prints.com

Can I Have More Than One Pet In A Portrait?

If you’re choosing a design that features a single photo, the number of pets only affects the size of the boldly printed pet name—more pets will require smaller text. We recommend limiting the design to one or two pets for the best visual impact. For a more refined look, consider hanging multiple prints, each showcasing a different pet. For illustrated designs such as Fresh, Flow, and Retro, you can include up to four pets. However, please note that there is an additional fee for each pet beyond the first.

Can I get a print without my pet's name on it?

Absolutely, just write No Name in the box where your pet's name is requested.

How Long Before I Get My Print?

The initial design and approval process typically takes 3–4 business days. Once you approve your design, production begins. Fine art prints generally take an additional 3–4 business days, while metal prints require 3–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–8 days, depending on the season. While we may not offer the fastest turnaround times, we do promise exceptional quality in every print. Please note that production times may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Details

Shipping is always free in the US. You will be sent a tracking number to monitor your prints progress. Shipping typically takes 3-8 days. Expect longer times during peak periods.

If you have not received your print within 8 days of receiving your tracking number please contact us.

Damaged Print

We're so sorry. Our packaging is robust but sometimes a print arrives damaged. Please take photos of the damaged product and the box. Include a photo of the shipping label. Email us the photos along with your order number and we will send a replacement right away.

Order cancellation

Kindly cancel your order within 24 hours of finalizing your purchase. Since each print is custom made to order once production begins we are not able to stop the order.
