FAQs
Is my photo good enough?
We can work with most photos but if you're not sure you can always email it to us for review at thomas@woof-prints.com. We also recommend checking out the Photo Guide for more tips and information. If our design team does not think your photo will work they will reach out to you before continuing.
I can't decide which photo to use.
Sometimes it's just hard to know which photo will look best. This is a good problem and we are happy to help. You can upload several and we'll help you decide.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?
If you’re choosing a design that features a single photo, the number of pets only affects the size of the boldly printed pet name—more pets will require smaller text. We recommend limiting the design to one or two pets for the best visual impact. For a more refined look, consider hanging multiple prints, each showcasing a different pet. For illustrated designs such as Fresh, Flow, and Retro, you can include up to four pets. However, please note that there is an additional fee for each pet beyond the first.
If I am adding additional pets can they be in different photos?
Yes, the additional pets may be in a different photograph. Our artists are only using the photos as a guide.
Can I print without my pet's name.
Absolutely, just write No Name in the box where your pet's name is requested.
Why are the photo designs in black and white?
Our goal is to help you create a timeless fine art print of your pet. Black and white images have long been associated with fine art, and we believe they elevate both the photograph and the overall print design to a more sophisticated level. However, if you prefer your print in color, we are happy to accommodate that. In fact, we may occasionally recommend using color if we feel it better enhances the photograph.
